I have always been into bodybuilding and keeping in shape, and I just challenge myself to see if I can continue to make improvements.

I was a personal trainer for about 8 years. I competed in powerlifting, and I did a bodybuilding competition. I was heavily entrenched in the personal training world.

Level 1 - Beginner

It's ideal for beginners, allowing them to train each muscle group multiple times each week. whole-body training split involves training the entire body in every workout.

Level 2 - Intermediate

Intermediate goal is building muscle, losing fat or just improving the way their body looks should train each muscle group about 2 times per week.

Level 3 - Advanced

Advanced bodybuilder workout suited to advanced lifters with at least 1 years lifting experience.

A well certified trainer with a lot of patience and perseverance to guide his trainee with dedication and answer to all their questions. Personally his diet has helped me in coping up with my weight, inspite of all the constraints I had initially when I approached him for a proper diet plan and workout.
